FROM THE FIRST ADVENTURE TO WHAT’S NEXT

Readers first met Loloa as Monica worked through the challenges of making him part of her family in Loloa the Floppy Eared Puppy.

Now that Loloa has found his home, he is determined to be the best puppy he can be. There’s just one problem: Loloa has a lot of energy and an even bigger sense of curiosity.

Despite daily walks with Monica and a fenced backyard, Loloa has developed quite a talent for slipping out of his collar and finding his way into little neighborhood adventures.

So, when Monica’s older sister chooses a water park for her birthday celebration, the family decides bringing Loloa along is the best way to keep an eye on him.

At least, that’s the plan...

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE STORY

The inspiration for Loloa’s Water Park Surprise grew naturally from the playful personality readers discovered in Loloa the Floppy Eared Puppy.

Loloa is energetic, resourceful, friendly, and always eager to explore. A water park offered the perfect setting for his curiosity to take center stage — and plenty of opportunities for a mischievous puppy to turn an ordinary family outing into something unexpected.

At its heart, Loloa’s newest story continues the themes of family, belonging, adventure, and the special relationship between a child and a beloved pet.
